Position: General Services Specialist

Location: Orlando, FL 32801

Job Description: Seeking a versatile General Services Specialist to support facility operations across multiple sites. You'll manage PPE, inventory, fleet and vehicle maintenance, key/keycard systems, IT equipment moves, and safety/compliance. This role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to respond during emergencies and disasters. You'll be the first point of contact at sites, ensuring safe, orderly facilities and smooth moves or deployments as needed.

5 Key Responsibilities (most important technical skills):

• Inventory management: PPE, DSNAP, and surplus materials; maintain logs and distribution
• Facilities support: site inspections, equipment moves, IT equipment handling, furniture and desk provisioning
• Fleet and safety compliance: CFOP vehicle management, safety regulations (OSHA), equipment safety checks
• Access and security: keys, keycard systems, basic security protocols, incident response coordination
• Disaster readiness: assist with disaster management prep and recovery operations; hurricane/EM planning support
