Responsibilities

Guide and manage the QA team, ensuring quality assurance across the project's lifecycle.
Coordinate requirement reviews, test script development, test execution, and recaps effectively.

Engage in strategic discussions with tech leads, PMs, and BAs to drive high-quality project outcomes.

Skills

Proven leadership experience in quality assurance and project management.
Strong analytical skills to assess and report on software quality and project risks.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to prioritize test execution based on impact and importance.

Preferred Skills

Experience in test automation and the ability to guide exploratory testers.
Understanding of resource optimization for maximum impact.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
