Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in government or financial services environments. The ideal candidate will work on-site for a hybrid schedule, contributing to the enhancement of business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive wiki content using markup languages.
• Develop intuitive navigation structures and templates to enhance user accessibility.
• Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Conduct system testing and process modeling to support project goals.

Important Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years as a senior Business Analyst in relevant sectors.
• Proficient in Agile SDLC, process modeling, and system testing.
• Experience with creating and organizing wiki content, including Markdown and Wiki Markup.
• Strong skills in developing navigation hierarchies and cross-referenced content.
