• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues efficiently.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work effectively with distributed teams in a remote environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance development practices.

• Strong experience in Java development with solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services development.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with ORM tools.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to write unit tests and practice test-driven development.
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Understanding of microservices architecture is preferred.
