Technical Support Lead (Onsite)
Our client is looking for a hands-on technical lead who can step in and make an immediate impact across both project delivery and team leadership. What You ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5 6 contractors, including task assignment, oversight, and timecard approvals
- Drive project management efforts for computer refresh initiatives and migration efforts
- Contribute hands-on to technical work alongside leadership responsibilities (approximately 30% technical)
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders via Microsoft Teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Coordinate scheduling and support the interview process for incoming team members as needed

- Strong technical background with the ability to contribute hands-on, not just manage projects
- Experience leading small teams or acting as a working lead in a technical environment
- Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale migration and hardware refresh projects
- Comfortable balancing project management responsibilities with technical execution (70/30 split)
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
