About the RoleWe're looking for a
Systems Analyst to support our Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Solutions team in Access Management, Workforce Mobility, and Mobile Application Solutions. You will play a key role in supporting over
70 human services programs across Behavioral Health, Developmental Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, and administrative operations.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a large portfolio of business applications-including Electronic Health Records, Case Management, Benefits Eligibility, and State/Federal systems (DBHDS, VDSS, DOJ/ Juvenile Justice).
What You'll DoAs a Systems Analyst, you will support both daily operations and technology innovation, contributing to initiatives that enhance mobility, security, and service delivery across the department.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide operational support in:
- Access Management
- Mobile Device Management (iPads, iPhones, MacBooks)
- Mobile application solutioning
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Telehealth and tele-case management technologies
- Develop and manage security and access requirements using HP ALM for 46+ COTS business applications.
- Assist with work intake processes for mobile devices and app development requests.
- Support business discovery and requirements gathering for new projects.
- Document business processes using BPMN and create detailed process models.
- Conduct SWOP, GAP, and Root Cause Analyses to support operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Applications and Data & Analytics teams to build mobile solutions for 70+ program areas.
- Create and execute test plans, including UAT scripts and scenarios.
- Resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Maintain the team's Knowledge Management System (KMS) in ServiceNow.
- Provide mentorship to Business Application Specialists, Support Technicians, and interns.
