We are looking for a Rockstar Sr. UKG Integrations Developer with strong functional and technical expertise to lead enterprise HR and workforce management integration initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions and define enterprise integration strategies
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UKG integrations using Dell Boomi
• Build REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and SFTP/file-based integrations
• Create integration specifications, data mapping documents, and error-handling frameworks
• Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing and provide production support
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, scalability, and reusable architecture
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

🔹 Required Experience

• 10+ years of UKG/Kronos implementation & integration experience
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central (WFC)
• Experience implementing enterprise HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits integrations
• Experience integrating with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and third-party HR systems

🔹 Technical Skills

• Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) – Professional Developer Certification Required
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, CSV, Flat Files, SFTP
• Experience designing real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations
• UKG Integration Hub, Dataviews, APIs, and Interfaces
• Data mapping, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization

• Absence Management
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle events and downstream integrations
