Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Estimator to lead our estimating team and drive strategic growth within our construction division. This role requires a seasoned estimator with strong leadership qualities and a proven ability to influence business development and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of estimators, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all estimating activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to refine processes and optimize bid success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in construction estimating (concrete and masonry, retaining walls landscape; civil/heavy civil experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with Trimble/Vista estimating and ERP systems and experience with software implementation.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to support growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
