Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and hands-on experience implementing o9 Solutions. The ideal candidate will lead planning configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, and production support initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain planning solutions.

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions
Strong experience in Demand & Supply Planning
Proven expertise in production support and issue resolution
Experience leading teams and mentoring consultants

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure o9 Solutions based on business requirements
Customize planning configurations and workflows to improve operational efficiency
Design and optimize workflows, UI interfaces, action buttons, and procedures
Improve solver performance for enhanced planning accuracy and faster execution
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical views for business users
Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine user stories and requirements
Support Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within o9 Solutions
Lead and mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants
Ensure adherence to implementation standards, quality, and best practices
Promote a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment

Required Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Leadership and team management experience
Proficiency in SCM tools and technologies
