Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Location: Rosemont, IL
Employment: Fulltime

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on development experience to lead complex Salesforce implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, along with the ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with complex coding in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (mandatory).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Salesforce technical certifications are preferred.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce org mergers, system integrations, and data quality/data migration design.
  • Strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Salesforce.com integration experience across multiple business systems and integration tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Apex, Java, JavaScript, XML, and their application in CRM solutions.
  • Extensive experience in:
    • Salesforce configuration and customization
    • Apex APIs and Triggers
    • Implementing Salesforce orgs from scratch
  • Strong deployment experience with:
    • Visualforce
    • Salesforce configurations
    • Apex classes and web services
    • APIs and AppExchange deployments
    • Salesforce s-controls
  • Ability to define system landscapes, identify gaps between current and target states, and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.
  • Experience with Workflow Rules, Alerts, Actions, and Approval Processes.
  • Programming experience with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Strong expertise in data migration and system integration.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Execute quick Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate business and technical requirements.
  • Design and build custom Salesforce components on existing implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead onsite-offshore coordination, providing technical guidance on design and delivery.
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, integration, and deployment.
  • Track and report regular project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integration Architecture, etc.).
  • Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
