Imaging Technician

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Technician to join our Government Services team.
Position Summary
The role focuses primarily on imaging and deploying Windows 11 computers as part of an established technical support team. Additional responsibilities may include light break/fix work, basic troubleshooting, and optional support through scripting (PowerShell experience a plus). You will collaborate with a team of seven other technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PC and laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment
• Handle basic break/fix repairs and hardware troubleshooting
• Support automation or task efficiency through light scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized workflows
• Deliver excellent customer service to end users
• Collaborate with team members on additional technical tasks as skills allow
• Work an 8-hour shift, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Top Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Hands-on experience with PC/laptop imaging and deployments
• Experience with break/fix troubleshooting
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting tools
• Previous work in an enterprise or government environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
