Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator
Job Location: Detroit, MI (On-Site)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Support Oracle Fusion HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
- Configure and optimize fast formulas and workflows to streamline business operations.
- Design, build, and maintain reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher, OTBI).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Strong experience with fast formulas, workflow optimization, and custom reports.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Effective communicator who can work with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent):
- Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Best Practices.
- Experience with business process analysis.
- Experience with technical design specifications.
- Experience with data management.
- Willingness to train internal staff.
- Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control, and Cloud Deployment Methodologies.
- Familiarity with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365.
- Oracle Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional
- Experience in the public sector.
