Job DescriptionPosition Summary Provides conceptual design for specific projects and performs calculations, drawings and specifications relevant to HVAC, plumbing or other systems.
Position Details- Assists higher-level engineers in design tasks
- Performs basic calculations, drawings and specifications related to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection or other systems
- Performs basic calculations for a project, such as heating/cooling loads, equipment selection and sizing, friction loss calculations, hydraulic calculations, etc.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- PE license preferred
- Entry-level role
- Basic Knowledge of applicable systems design, such as fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
- Ability to read basic mechanical and plumbing plans.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, including Excel
