Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Alliance Manager I with a strong background in business consulting, value-based selling, and AI-driven business transformation. If you have experience working with CXOs, facilitating executive workshops, and building compelling business cases for digital and AI transformation, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead value-stream workshops with CXOs and strategic account teams.
✅ Translate executive business challenges into prioritized AI use cases and measurable business outcomes.
✅ Develop business cases, financial models, and transformation roadmaps.
✅ Partner with GTM, Sales, and Offerings teams to align AI solutions with customer business objectives.
✅ Create executive-level transformation narratives around AI, Agentic Process Transformation, and business value.
✅ Mentor Business Value Consultants and establish repeatable value-led engagement frameworks.
✅ Drive stakeholder engagement and influence senior leadership across strategic initiatives.
