Job Description:
Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr
  • The IT Project Manager will lead and manage the migration of enterprise insurance systems to a cloud based environment.
  • The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale technology migration initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • The candidate will coordinate cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful system implementation while maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and operational stability.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software migration or integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and cloud migration strategies.
  • Experience managing enterprise insurance platforms including policy and claims management systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Experience:
  • Minimum eight years of experience in information technology project management.
  • Experience leading enterprise system migration or integration initiatives.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and cloud based system implementations.
  • Experience working within commercial insurance environments is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end to end migration projects from on premises infrastructure to cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status updates.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Address project issues and remove roadblocks that could impact delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and analysts.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support system design, configuration, and cloud deployment activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, system interoperability, and security throughout migration processes.
  • Oversee system testing and validation to ensure performance and functionality of migrated platforms.
  • Manage project resources and support effective vendor coordination and performance monitoring.

Qualification And Education:
