Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer III with strong Modern C++ development experience and hands-on expertise in AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will have experience using Claude, Python, and multi-agent AI systems to build, validate, and optimize software solutions. This role requires a quality-first mindset with the ability to review, debug, and verify AI-generated code while following modern software engineering practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Modern C++
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Hands-on experience with Claude AI in software development
Strong Python scripting and automation skills
Experience working with Multi-Agent/Agentic AI workflows and orchestration
Ability to review, debug, and validate AI-generated code
Experience with AI-driven or Spec-Driven Development workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

OpenAI tools or GitHub Copilot CLI
Payments/POS or certification domain experience
Experience working in compliance or regulated environments
