Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead Developer with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Visualization solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in QlikView, Tableau, and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), along with proven experience connecting and developing reporting solutions on PostgreSQL-based Lakehouse/Lakebase platforms. This role will be responsible for leading reporting initiatives, designing scalable BI solutions, mentoring developers, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using QlikView, Tableau, and SSRS.
3. Design and optimize data models and reporting layers for high-performance analytics.
4. Connect, extract, and transform data from PostgreSQL Lakebase/Lakehouse environments and other enterprise data sources.
5. Collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
7. Perform SQL query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for reporting applications.
8. Establish development standards, best practices, and reporting governance frameworks.
9. Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior BI developers.
10. Manage production support activities, troubleshoot reporting issues, and implement enhancements.
11. Work closely with Data Engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and semantic layers. Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and environment management.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting Development.
• 3+ years of experience leading reporting/BI development teams or projects.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in:

• QlikView Dashboard Development
• Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Strong proficiency in:
• Connecting BI tools to Lakebase/Lakehouse PostgreSQL environments
