Job Title: Software Developer (React)
Location: East Bay, California (Hybrid 3 days/week)

Job Summary:
Looking for a strong React Developer with 7+ years of front-end experience in building enterprise-level responsive web applications. Must have hands-on experience with ReactJS, application design, accessibility standards, and front-end testing practices.

Key Requirements:

7+ years in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
3+ years of strong hands-on ReactJS development
Experience in requirement analysis and application design
Strong understanding of usability, cross-browser compatibility, and web security (XSRF, XSS)
Experience with ARIA, ADA compliance, and accessibility standards
Hands-on with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing & TDD
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
