Summary
Title: Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX-Onsite
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall 12+ yrs IT experience and 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Proven experience in 0→1 product development (building products from scratch)
- Strong expertise in product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making (metrics, dashboards, experimentation)
- Experience with hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product design
- Ability to clearly articulate business impact and product outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on digital banking, payments, lending, or fintech products
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, SQL
- Experience in Agile/Scrum product environments
