Our client, a luxury fashion retailer located in northern, NJ, I looking to hire a Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) for a full-time hybrid role. The expectation is to spend 3+ days per week in the office. The STPM ensures complex technology initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with minimal disruption. This role focuses on executing projects across systems, teams, and vendors, keeping work organized, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and maintaining alignment so initiatives move smoothly from start to finish. The STPM will bring both technical fluency and practical delivery experience, the managing dependencies, anticipating risks, and coordinating across functions to make sure every piece of a project is executed reliably, efficiently and on time. The emphasis is on getting things done, translating plans into action and driving results across large, technically complex programs.
The STPM will lead large-scale platform initiatives such as ERP, CRM, Data, and AI-enabled system transformations, including system migrations, vendor onboarding, and phased rollouts. The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, from project initiation through deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization. The STPM will also translate business objectives into executable technical roadmaps that improve efficiency, scalability, risk posture, or revenue impact as well as collaborate with technical leads to define project scopes, milestones, deliverables, and manage scope changes using structured change control, clearly communicating impacts to timeline, cost, and resources.
The STPM will work to drive integration efforts across APIs, data pipelines, and third-party platforms to ensure seamless interoperability and develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including timelines, dependencies, risk registers, and change tracking to ensure disciplined execution.
