Summary
7+ years of experience in the following skillset.
- IBM BAW/BPM Proficiency
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CP4BA IBM Business Automation Workflow (previously IBM Business Process Manager).
- Process Modeling
- Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0), including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), routing, loops, and gateways.
- User Interface Development
- Skills in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views, and knowledge of related technologies like CSS and JavaScript.
- Integration
- Experience with integration services, including using web services (REST/SOAP APIs), XML, JSON, and AJAX to connect with external systems.
- Data Management
- Strong understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax.
- Cloud-Native & DevOps
- Experience in deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, specifically Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.
