Roles & Responsibilities (L2/L3 Only)
Looking for senior Citrix Team Lead / Subject Matter Expert to lead global Citrix operations in a large enterprise environment. The role requires deep technical expertise in Citrix platforms and proven hands on experience working within Export Control Environment Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 24x7 global Citrix operations supporting enterprise users.
- Act as Citrix SME for design, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Manage and support:
o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) / DaaS
o Citrix Workspace
o Citrix ADC (NetScaler) / Gateway
o Citrix Director & WEM
- Design, build, and deploy new Citrix sites and environments.
- Manage GPOs, Citrix policies, SSL certificates, MFA, RDS, and licensing.
- Partner with application teams to publish, upgrade, and support applications.
- Support separation and transformation initiatives across business units.
- Ensure security compliance, patching, and operational stability.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in enterprise IT / End User Computing environments.
- Export Control Eligible
- Expert level Citrix experience in large, global environments.
- Strong Windows Server/Desktop OS experience.
- Experience supporting Citrix servers and thousands of applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- VMware experience
- Enterprise migration / separation projects
- Infrastructure background (Windows, UNIX, Storage, Backups)
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Good Communication Skills, Client Facing Experience. Experience Support / Operations projects as lead. Incident / Request management
