responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
Design Optimization:
o Optimize the design of Unified Communications.
Technical Meetings:
o Participate in customer-led technical meetings, as required.
Consultation Services:
o Provide expert advice on technical, risk, and logistical considerations for
change management activities in coordination with the Program Management
Office (PMO).
Communication and Coordination:
o Collaborate with the PMO, Customer Single Point of Contact (SPOC), and
relevant support organizations to document and communicate activities.
Microsoft Teams Specific Activities:
o Consultation;
o Roadmap planning/execution;
o Performance evaluation;
o Integration of platform supported third party applications;
o Architecture/design, build, migration and troubleshooting assistance;
o Complex moves, adds, changes, deletes (MACDs);
o Bulk configurations;
o Site adds/moves;
o Technology platform changes;
o Custom reporting;
o Training; and/or Coordination of and/or technical assistance for Customer Project Deliverables.
Complex Configuration Changes
o Provide configuration services both complex and MAC as directed and needed
by Customer
Troubleshooting Support:
o Assist in troubleshooting incidents in collaboration with the Customer and
Service Desk(s) and NOC(s).
Optimization Recommendations:
o Provide recommendations based on performance reports or customer-provided
data.
Knowledge Management:
o Contribute to knowledge bases.
Testing Activities:
o Lead functional failover testing.
Project and Change Management:
o Offer environment-specific consultation for additional projects and support in
problem and change management activities.
o Recommend bug fixes when applicable.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
8+ years of Voice/Collaboration engineering experience
4+ years of Microsoft Teams
2+ years of Ribbon SBC
Preferred Skills:
Applicable Certification or Training
SBCaaS experience
