We’re Hiring: Product Owner – Inventory Management (QSR)

We’re looking for a seasoned Solution Architect / Product Manager/Product Owner  to lead the modernization of our QSR Inventory Management ecosystem. This role owns the strategy, design, and evolution of Recipe Master, inventory lifecycle, supplier ordering, and POS-driven depletion across a multi-unit restaurant environment.

What You’ll Lead

- Governance of Recipe Master (ingredient hierarchies, yields, portioning, menu alignment)

- End-to-end inventory lifecycle optimization across stores, distribution, and central systems

- POS-driven depletion logic and reconciliation

- Supplier ordering workflows: forecasting → PO lifecycle → goods receipt → invoice matching

- API-first integrations across POS, ERP, inventory, and analytics platforms

- Controls for inventory accuracy, variance, shrinkage, and compliance

- Cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance & Engineering

- Vendor evaluations, implementation governance, and continuous improvement

- KPI ownership: COGS %, waste %, inventory turns, system uptime, and more

What You Bring

- 8+ years in QSR, retail, or multi-unit restaurant technology

- Deep expertise in Recipe Master, inventory, supplier ordering, depletion models

- Strong background in POS ↔ ERP integrations

- Understanding of food cost modeling, COGS, margin management

- Experience with API-first, cloud-native, event-driven architectures

- Proven ability to translate operations into scalable technical solutions

- Leadership across cross-functional and vendor-driven initiatives

Bonus Skills

- Experience supporting 1,000+ store environments

- Microservices & event-driven architecture exposure

- Azure cloud experience

- ERP integration familiarity

- Inventory forecasting, AI-driven replenishment, waste analytics

- QSR back-office systems (Macromatix, Xenius, etc.)

- Strong executive communication
