Job Overview:
Pay Range: $43.02hr - $48.02hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells.
- Experience in using automation platforms, such as Tecan, Hamilton, or Beckman Coulter.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, R, or Python.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand various cell lines, performing and troubleshooting cell-based assays, and optimizing protocols.
- Work with human whole blood and primary cells, including their isolation, culture, and use in downstream assays.
- Provide automation support and data analysis for high-throughput in-vitro assays using liquid handlers.
- Collaborate with other scientists and engineers to ensure and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the tissue culture and automation processes.
Nice to Have:
- At least one year of experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells preferred.
- Experience with automation platforms preferred.
