Job Description:
Have knowledge on Sales force testing and other Salesforce modules
Have knowledge on electric domain
Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.
Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
Review user requirements document to ensure that requirements are testable.
Have knowledge on various testing mythologies like functional, regression, E2E etc
Working knowledge on Jira and QC
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce:

Test Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases applications.
Ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
Validate APIs, services, and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
Defect Management & Quality Assurance:
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar tools.
Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with QA best practices, testing standards, and utility industry regulations.
Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
Test Automation & Tosca Exposure:
Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable, particularly in API testing and workflow validation.
Exposure to Tosca or other automation tools for improving test efficiency.
Support automation efforts for repetitive validation tasks, though manual testing remains the primary focus.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.
Engage in client discussions, requirement analysis, and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met
