Location: Rockville, MD 12401
Work Schedule: 5/40 First Shift, Monday to Friday 8 hours per day.
Pay Rate: $110/hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Required Skills:
· The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with IPC PCB standards, advanced high‑speed digital design techniques.
· Expertise in Altium Designer (eCAD) for manufacturability.
· 6+ years in Circuit design
· 6+ years in Engineering Design Principles
· 6+ years in Read Engineering Schematics
Job Description:
· The Mixed Signal Digital Design engineer will lead the design, analysis, and verification of high‑speed digital printed‑wire (PW) assemblies operating in P‑Band (225‑390 MHz), S‑Band (2.4 GHz) and other satellite radar/communication frequency ranges for aerospace and space‑borne platforms (satellites, CubeSats, orbital payloads).
· The incumbent will also mentor junior mixed‑signal PCB designers and champion best‑in‑class design practices.
