Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.

Job Summary
  • Ensure all contractual and regulatory quality requirements are communicated and met.
  • Support receiving, in-process, and final quality control across departments.
  • Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as customer and supplier interface for quality issues and resolution.
  • Establish and maintain quality procedures in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and audit requirements.
  • Provide daily leadership, direction, workflow management, and training to employees.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and strong communication.
  • Track departmental performance and support recruiting, employee development, and performance decisions.
  • Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the assigned functional area.
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes, work measurement, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project, and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and internal teams; ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Negotiation, conflict management, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail; strong professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Abilities consistent with the General Requirements of Team Members.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired
  • Experience within electrical or electronic manufacturing
  • Advanced ERP and Microsoft Office skills (e-mail, Word, Excel), intermediate level Power Point, and Access preferred
