Project Manager - Mississauga, ON - Contract - $88-98 per HR

This role involves managing projects within a hybrid work environment in Mississauga, ON. As a contract position, the Project Manager will oversee the execution of deliverables across various workstreams, focusing on capital markets and risk management. The candidate should be proficient in project management and have expertise in capital markets products and business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and change management initiatives with a focus on regulatory and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global markets to derive and communicate business requirements.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate with teams, including Risk Managers, Product Owners, and Technology teams.
• Identify and resolve or escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Produce project update materials tailored for various forums and committees.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of industry experience in project management and capital markets transformation.
• Strong experience in market risk and regulatory initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred. Project Management certification is a plus.
