Description
This role centers on securing, engineering, and governing human admin accounts - not service accounts - across Windows, Linux, AD, Mainframe, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on CyberArk experience managing human privileged accounts, including onboarding users, configuring entitlements, validating elevation paths, and ensuring correct safe/platform configurations.
- Strong understanding of human privileged access workflows, including approval routing, MFA enforcement, PSM/PSM-SSH access patterns, and break-glass procedures.
- Ability to identify and remediate human privileged access risks, such as excessive rights, misaligned RBAC, inconsistent admin paths, stale or redundant admin roles, and privilege sprawl.
- Deep familiarity with AD group models as they relate to human admin access, including nested groups, delegated admin roles, elevated AD permissions, and privileged role mappings.
- Experience supporting privilege-hygiene initiatives, especially reducing standing privileged access, and enabling request-based or JIT-style elevation patterns.
- Solid automation skills (PowerShell / REST API) to streamline human admin onboarding, entitlement checks, environment validation, and reporting (non-access-review).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $102.04/hr.
