Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA). This is a fast-growing technology company that is developing innovative communications products and services. In this key role, you will work with a talented engineering team to design and implement next-generation communication systems.

Responsibilities:
* Full lifecycle FPGA Design for high performance systems
* FPGA architectures using Verilog/VHDL
* Develop simulations, testbenches, and synthesize designs
* Collaborate with hardware teams and interpret datasheets/schematics
* Create and maintain design documentation
* Lead and participate in code/design reviews
* Own and resolve technical issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of FPGA design experience using Verilog or VHDL
* Knowledge of Programmable Logic EDA tools
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Knowledge of high-performance FPGA systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
