RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Support Specialist in Tarrytown, NY.
Summary:
We are looking for a support-focused specialist to help manage day-to-day operations for our learning and talent systems. This role works closely with end users, IT, and business partners to ensure our platforms run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
Key Tasks:
* Serve as a primary contact for system questions and user support
* Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, configuration, and general functionality
* Log and track tickets, escalating technical problems when needed
* Support routine system activities across multiple learning and talent environments
* Assist with gathering requirements and supporting testing efforts for enhancements
* Help maintain documentation and ensure processes follow compliance expectations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting learning or talent management systems (SumTotal experience a plus)
* Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills
* Familiarity with ticketing tools and basic system workflows
* Clear communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
* Comfort creating documentation such as guides, test scripts, or process notes
Nice to Have:
* Experience in regulated or validated environments
* Understanding of learning operations or compliance training workflows
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
