Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Crystal Reports / Power BI Technical Specialist for a hybrid position in Trenton, NJ. The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in enterprise reporting, BI architecture, data engineering, governance, and stakeholder leadership.

This role requires advanced hands-on development experience along with architectural oversight and end-to-end deployment expertise.

Required Skills (9+ Years Each):

Advanced Crystal Reports design, development, and performance optimization

Power BI deployment pipelines (Dev/Test/Prod) with thorough end-to-end testing

Strong SQL and database expertise

Data engineering, data modeling, and ETL processes

BI architecture, governance, and security implementation

Business analysis and stakeholder leadership experience

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize complex Crystal Reports

Build and deploy enterprise Power BI dashboards and data models

Implement secure and governed BI architecture

Manage Dev/Test/Prod release cycles

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams

Ensure data accuracy, performance, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

12+ years of overall IT experience

9+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience working in large enterprise environments

Must be local to NJ/NY/PA and able to work hybrid in Trenton, NJ
