Hiring: SAP Vistex Consultant / Lead

Location: North America / Remote or Hybrid (Based on Project Need)
Duration: Contract Opportunity

Role: SAP Vistex Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Consultant to support and participate in SAP Vistex implementations across North America. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Vistex Rebates & Incentives, SAP S/4HANA, and Vistex V/4 solutions, with hands-on configuration and stakeholder engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support and participate in SAP Vistex implementation projects
Configure Vistex Pricing, Agreements, Transactional, and Composite processes
Work closely with PMO, Functional Leads, and project teams to meet deliverables
Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, data collection, and process documentation
Perform QA/UAT testing, create test scripts, and support deployment readiness
Drive issue resolution, cutover activities, and go-live support
Support integration areas including Order Processing, FI/Accounting, Reporting, and Master Data
Develop business process maps, end-user training, and documentation
Evaluate process changes and ensure business readiness prior to deployment

Stakeholder Engagement & Intake

Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs
Serve as a key contact for business questions and issue escalation
Bridge communication between Business and IT teams
Manage demand intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and alignment with business priorities

Training, Change & Adoption

Support development and maintenance of training materials
Provide user support and process clarification
Assist with change management, readiness, and adoption activities

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with SAP Vistex (V/4)
Expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Vistex Rebates & Incentives
Hands-on Vistex Configuration Pricing, Agreements, Transactional & Composite
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Applications
Knowledge of FI/Accounting, Reporting, Master Data, and Order Processing integration
Experience in UAT, QA, Cutover, and Deployment activities
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
