Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25.43hr - $30.43hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing channel programs and processes, partner success and experience, partner sales enablement or similar experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Attention to details and ability to work on complex projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and fast ramp-up skills to rapidly grasp existing workflows and tools.
- Customer-centric mindset to deliver empathetic and professional service.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to triage and resolve constituent issues.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external program inquiries that come to the Channel Program alias.
- Provide support with the application tool, including submission issues and status updates.
- Follow up with approvers regarding program requirements.
- Perform rebate calculations and data management in the Partner Funds Center.
- Handle Partner Funds Center inquiries including login, account issues, payment inquiries, and incentive questions.
- Ensure simplicity and consistency during the partner experience from sign-up and onboarding to enablement.
- Support technical tools utilized in daily business management.
- Provide support and enablement around the Elevate Partner Program for internal teams and the partner community.
- Maintain clear handoff documentation and track open inquiries to resolution.
