Description
We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and streamlined experiences for customers. This position involves translating the product vision into actionable strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in prioritizing customer needs, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver customer-centric solutions and experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to align product roadmaps with strategic priorities.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, including creating and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Facilitate agile team planning sessions and ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Engage with users and customers regularly to identify and address explicit and implicit needs.
Monitor and report key value drivers to track product performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
Work alongside other product teams to align sprint plans and maximize organizational impact.
Foster a culture of urgency and commitment to achieving product goals and overcoming challenges.
Inspire team members to meet high standards and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Ensure continuous innovation and evolution of the product to meet changing business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
4 plus years of relevant business experience in product management or a related field.
Certified Product Owner or similar certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and iterative development processes.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, market research, and technology management.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
Familiarity with software development, product design, and DevOps methodologies.
Effective communication and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate with teams.
