Job Description

Summary:

Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in on-prem infrastructure, documentation, and IT process improvement. The role bridges business needs and technical teams, ensuring infrastructure projects are well-defined, documented, and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements for infrastructure and on-prem systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and workflows.
Liaise between business and IT teams for infrastructure-related initiatives.
Support change management, migration, and modernization projects.
Work with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, Visio, and Jira.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Technical or Infrastructure Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of servers, networks, virtualization, storage, and ITSM processes.
Skilled in documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with cloud / hybrid environments a plus.
ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications preferred.
