Job Description

The Lead Consultant (Oracle ERP Cloud) will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for clients. This role involves providing expert guidance, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle ERP Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end implementation projects of Oracle ERP Cloud for clients.

2. Customize Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to meet specific client business requirements.

3. Provide technical guidance and support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP Cloud with existing enterprise systems.

5. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client personnel on Oracle ERP Cloud functionalities.

6. Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP Cloud features and functionalities to deliver best-in-class solutions.

7. Drive solution optimization and ensure successful project delivery in alignment with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.

2. Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including:

   • Oracle Financials

   • Oracle Procurement

   • Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)

   • Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)

3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, functionality, and capabilities.

4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle ERP Cloud.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement Oracle ERP Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.

7. Experience leading implementation projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
