Summary
Job Title: Salesforce UI Developer
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
MOI: In-Person
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interfaces on the Salesforce platform
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Customize Salesforce UI using Visualforce pages where required
- Collaborate with backend developers, admins, and business stakeholders
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize UI performance and enhance user experience
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce development
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Salesforce data models and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing rules
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes
- Knowledge of Apex (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with integrations and middleware tools
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
