Role: Senior Oracle EBS Functional Lead
Location: Remote
Contract: Part-Time Initially, with potential conversion to Full-Time
Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Functional Lead with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoicing, Inventory, and Shipping Execution to support pre-sales engagements and solution advisory initiatives.
The consultant will lead client discussions, conduct discovery workshops, design end-to-end Oracle EBS solutions, support RFP/proposal development, and provide solution demonstrations. Following project award, the consultant may transition into a full-time implementation and delivery role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS functional discussions during pre-sales and client engagements.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and project estimations.
- Conduct client discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder presentations.
- Design end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) solutions covering order management, invoicing, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.
- Provide functional solution recommendations, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams.
- Support Oracle EBS implementation and delivery activities following project award.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS Order Management, Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Shipping Execution.
- Experience with invoicing, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
- Proven Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and enhancement experience.
- Strong pre-sales, RFP/RFI, proposal development, and solution advisory experience.
- Experience leading client workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud ERP transformation or migration experience.
- Consulting or System Integrator (SI) background.
- Experience with global or multi-site implementations.
- Strong supply chain and logistics domain knowledge.
