Job Overview:
Pay Range: $57.00hr - $62.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal components, and UI Builder components.
- Experience implementing SNOW AI features such as Predictive Intelligence, Automation Discovery, Virtual Agent, NLU, and GenAI.
- Experience building custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Apps.
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications.
- Define technical standards, reusable components, and platform governance.
- Design scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Lead architectural reviews, solution designs, and technical workshops.
- Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and configure Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal components, and UI Builder components.
- Implement and enhance SNOW AI features such as Predictive Intelligence, Automation Discovery, Virtual Agent, NLU, and GenAI.
- Build and manage custom applications using App Engine Studio and Scoped Apps.
