ServiceNow Sr Technical Consultant - CSM, FSM

Introduction:

This position involves leading the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on CSM (Customer Service Management) and FSM (Field Service Management). The Sr Technical Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define architectural vision, customize and configure ServiceNow modules, architect integrations, provide leadership and mentorship, optimize platforms, ensure governance and security, engage with clients, and handle upgrades and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including CSM and FSM.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and roadmap.
• Customization & Configuration: Oversee customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
• Integration Design: Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Platform Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow environments.
• Governance & Security: Establish governance processes to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Client Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert for clients on ServiceNow architecture.
• Documentation: Produce comprehensive solution documentation.
• Upgrades & Enhancements: Lead efforts for system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow, CSM, and FSM implementations.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Skills in Solution Architecture, Configuration, and Platform Optimization.
• Ability to handle Enhancements, Governance, and Security.
