Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hartford, CT 06106
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time 40hrs - Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 12+ month with possible extension
Key Duties:
Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections.
Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs.
Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment.
Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms.
Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
Conduct system performance testing and tuning to ensure reliability and scalability.
Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development.
2+ years of hands on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, SOSL.
Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, SQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Git based source control (e.g., Bitbucket).
Experience working within Agile software development environments.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
Other Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a positive team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to be fully engaged and present using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).
Strong project and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and drive solutions.
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
Proven ability to engage in creative problem solving, take initiative, and apply sound judgment in complex organizational environments.
