Description: Our Consumer Identity and Access Management organization delivers secure, reliable digital identity services that enable members and consumers to access web and mobile experiences across the enterprise. This role is a principal-level Engineer/Manager position embedded within the CIAM team to coordinate day-to-day delivery across identity initiatives that support web, mobile, and API access. The Engineer/Manager brings a background as a hands-on engineer and experience working with Ping Identity products to guide execution, remove blockers, and drive alignment across engineering and stakeholder teams. The role partners closely with CIAM engineers and application teams to plan, sequence, and deliver operational and project work tied to single sign-on, federation, and authorization capabilities. Mission-critical responsibilities include maintaining delivery momentum, improving operational coordination, and managing change control and release readiness for CIAM configuration updates.

- As part of the IT Engineering job family, this position is responsible for leveraging DEVOPS, and both Waterfall and Agile practices, to design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel, high-volume, high-transaction, on/off-premise, cloud-based solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum five (5) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
- Minimum two (2) years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in software development or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
- Four (4) years experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions.
