Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

• Develop and manage Contact Flows, Lambda integrations, routing strategies, and IVR systems.

• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.

• Implement conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Generative AI models.

• Build AI-powered chatbots and voice bots leveraging AWS Bedrock / OpenAI APIs.

• Develop real-time and batch analytics solutions using AWS data services.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based contact center solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Lex, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).

• Experience integrating GenAI solutions (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, LLMs).

• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

• Strong understanding of contact center architecture and telephony concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect / Developer Associate or above).

• Experience with real-time transcription and sentiment analysis.

• Prior experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain.
