Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Management Analyst to support daily trading operations within a fast-paced financial environment. This role focuses on ensuring trades and payments are processed accurately, resolving issues, and supporting traders and portfolio managers across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
Support traders and portfolio managers with daily operational activities
Confirm and process trades and payments accurately
Monitor daily reconciliations across multiple trading systems
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues
Collaborate with trading desks, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade flow
Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes and controls
Support projects related to new products, systems, and process enhancements
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, custodians, and other financial institutions
Track and report key metrics such as trade volumes, risks, and processing efficiency
Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting to management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of financial markets or trading is a plus
Preferred Skills
Interest or exposure to trade lifecycle, settlements, or financial operations
Experience working with data, Excel, or financial systems
Ability to analyze issues and identify process improvements
