MS Dynamics Technical Lead
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of additional qualifying experience

Mandatory Experience
· A minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems
with organizational business processes.
· At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a
lead capacity.
Mandatory Education
· A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

· Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the
required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desirable Experience
· Additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum years of
experience. Up to four (4) additional years.

· A minimum of Five (5) years of hands-on experience
implementing and managing MS Dynamics 365 solutions,
preferably supply chain management, in complex government
environments involving, at times, urgent communication and
interactions between federal, state, and local government
agencies.
· A minimum of Three (3) years of experience working on
government projects, preferably in the healthcare or public
health sector.
· A minimum of Three (3) years of experience working with Agile
Software teams.
