Job Overview: We are seeking a Mid level UX Product Designer to join our team, focusing on the Insurance Professional Servicing portfolio. This role involves designing servicing tools for Customer Service Representatives and Independent Agents, modernizing legacy ecosystems, and delivering user-centered digital solutions. The position requires strong design thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate in an agile environment with distributed teams, attending daily agile ceremonies.
- Understand complex product requirements and interaction design problems to create innovative user experiences.
- Participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing to evaluate and optimize UX effectiveness.
- Coordinate across multiple facets of the customer experience to ensure seamless user interactions.
- Synthesize information and feedback from various stakeholders, including technical teams, business SMEs, and process owners.
Qualifications: - Strong design thinking and fundamental design process skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with peers and partners.
- Experience in navigating complex, regulated industries such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or government.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Flexibility to work East Coast hours.

Pay Range: $60-64 per hour
