US - UX Designer IV

Position Summary

The organization is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join their team and create seamless digital experiences across a broad ecosystem. The role involves collaborating with diverse creative teams, engaging in user-centered design practices, and developing content that puts the customer at the forefront. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to craft engaging and seamless digital customer experiences.


• Write clear, accurate, and compelling user interface copy.


• Partner with project teams and strategy groups to establish content objectives and determine user requirements.


• Contribute to content governance, style, tone, voice guidelines, and brand vision.


• Present content concepts in collaboration with designers.


• Develop content in alignment with design systems and maintain consistency.


• Contribute to team culture, quality standards, and content creation workflows.


• Manage and oversee design projects and coordinate copy translation efforts.


• Make recommendations based on competitive experience evaluations and customer data benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a writing or design-related discipline.


• 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in digital product design or experience creation.


• Expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading for online platforms, kiosk interfaces, voice, and audio UI.


• Strong understanding of interactive design, usability principles, and content strategy's role in UX.


• Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating UX writing abilities.


• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Confluence, and Jira.


• Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, and interactive experiences.


• Plain language expertise.


• Ability to adapt processes and collaborate effectively.


• Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and accountable.


• Experience in user-centered design disciplines such as experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, or design research.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.


• Knowledge of additional interactive elements such as voice and audio UI.


• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, making adjustments on the fly.
