CoStar Asset Management Consultant

Responsibilities 1:

• Support and manage asset management services, ensuring seamless integration between CoStar, ServiceNow (or similar enterprise service platforms), and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
• Configure and maintain workflows, incident management processes, service requests, and related functionalities for asset operations and lifecycle management.
• Provide second- and third-level application support, including troubleshooting issues, diagnosing root causes, and resolving incidents or problems in asset-related modules.
• Coordinate closely with SAP, CoStar, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, implement enhancements, and drive system improvements.
• Monitor overall service performance metrics, identify trends or bottlenecks, and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain accurate service documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration records.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and stakeholders in effectively using asset management tools and processes.

Responsibilities 2:

• Support, administer, and manage asset management services integrated with CoStar, SAP, and other enterprise systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, incident management, problem management, and service request processes related to asset operations using ServiceNow or similar enterprise service platforms.
• Provide Level 2/3 application support, including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, CoStar vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve incidents, manage enhancements, and coordinate system upgrades.
• Monitor service performance against defined SLAs and KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including SOPs, configuration records, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
• Support asset lifecycle management processes, including asset onboarding, changes, audits, and retirement activities within enterprise systems.
• Conduct user training sessions, prepare training materials, and perform knowledge transfer to ensure effective system adoption and support continuity.
• Participate in change management activities, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment support for asset management system updates.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices, internal governance standards, and audit requirements.
